The Manta Way

Manta rays have a rich cultural and spiritual symbolism in various parts of the world. In some cultures, they are revered as creatures of strength, freedom, and grace. The large, open wings of the manta ray are seen as a symbol of embracing life’s challenges with an open heart and mind.
Here at The Manta Way, we look to do the same. Please join Aaron Gershenberg in finding ways to invest in our world with the same strength and grace as the majestic manta rays.

What is The Manta Way involved in?
Best Buddies International
Manta rays have been observed engaging in playful social behavior with each other, such as swimming in circles or doing somersaults. This behavior is thought to help them bond with each other and establish social hierarchies.
Best Buddies International also understand the importance of social connection and bonding. Best Buddies is a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Pioneer Mind
Manta rays rely on others for protection from predators. When threatened, they can cluster together to form a defensive formation, presenting a larger and more intimidating target to potential attackers. This behavior is particularly common among juvenile mantas, who are more vulnerable to predation than adult mantas.
Like the manta rays, Pioneer Mind believes we are stronger together. It connects Startup Founders & Executives with 1:1 Mental Performance Coaching, who use science-based techniques to help unlock new levels of performance, productivity, and presence.
